Really simple cloudy, fluffy brush

To use it open the 3rd pic in PS and Edit>Define brush preset

Go to Brushes and use these settings:

Shape dynamics

• Size jitter - Pen pressure, 0%
• Min diameter all the way to the left, 0%
• Angle jitter - off, 47%
• Roundness - off, 0%

Other Dynamics

• Opacity and Flow - Pen pressure, 10%

Wet edges on, Smoothing on, you can also turn on noise for subtle texture

Works best if you go over a dark color with white in layers.
